Seaward Holiday Park is a small, privately owned coastal park on the Dumfries and Galloway coast, just 2.5 miles from the artists’ town of Kirkcudbright. Holiday home ownership at Seaward means a plot within a tranquil, well-tended park that overlooks Kirkcudbright Bay to Ross Island and its lighthouse, and a coastline of sandy bays, quiet lanes and rolling farmland right on your doorstep.
Because Seaward is deliberately small, owners here know one another. There’s a quiet, friendly atmosphere on park, a seasonal heated outdoor pool the grandchildren love, a dog exercise area, and the sound of the sea never more than a short walk away. If your idea of a good weekend looks like a morning round Dhoon Bay, a wander into Kirkcudbright for lunch, and coming back to your own pitch a few hundred yards from the water, Seaward is, quite simply, where people do exactly that.

Your annual site fee is one clear figure covering your pitch, the upkeep of the park, and use of everything on site, the pool, the play area, the dog exercise area and the rest. We’ll talk you through the numbers in plain English before you decide anything.
Seaward is one of four family-run parks in the Gillespie Leisure Group. If you’re weighing up locations across Dumfries and Galloway, you can also explore ownership at our sister parks:
