We’re small, family-run and set back from the water at Dhoon Bay, with Kirkcudbright’s galleries, harbour and independent shops just 2.5 miles along the road. Seaward sits above Kirkcudbright Bay with views across to Ross Island and its lighthouse. Dhoon Bay beach is five minutes on foot. Not "near the coast", actually coastal.

We're deliberately compact. No sprawling entertainment complex, no crowds. A quiet, well-kept park where you can actually hear the sea.

Heated outdoor pool (seasonal), children's play area with treehouse, fenced dog exercise area, TV and games room, shop, laundry. Small park, proper facilities.
