Holiday homes to let on the Galloway coast, 2.5 miles from Kirkcudbright.
A self-catering week at Seaward is paced by the tide more than by the diary. Our holiday homes sit within a quiet, well-tended park overlooking Kirkcudbright Bay, Ross Island lighthouse in the distance, Dhoon Bay beach five minutes down the track. Families, couples and small groups use them as an easy, self-contained base for the artists’ town, the beaches and the wide open roads of the Galloway coast.
Because Seaward is deliberately small, your holiday is genuinely peaceful, but everything you need is on hand: a seasonal heated outdoor pool, a play area with treehouse, a fenced dog exercise area, an on-site shop and laundry, and the friendly team who know the park inside out.

Seaward is small, but genuinely well-equipped. The seasonal heated outdoor pool is a firm favourite with families through the summer. The play area has a treehouse children have to be prised off. Dogs are welcome, with a fenced exercise area so four-legged guests can stretch their legs safely. And for quieter evenings, there's a TV and games room, a small on-site shop for essentials and a heated shower and toilet block with hairdryers.

Kirkcudbright is 2.5 miles away, one of Scotland’s most celebrated artists’ towns, known for its harbour, its painted blue buildings and its independent galleries. It’s the kind of place you wander rather than tick off.
The wider Galloway coast rewards exploration: sweeping sandy bays, quiet coves, sea cliffs, walking trails and the Dark Sky Park just inland. Seaward makes a natural base for all of it.
